What are you bracelets made of?

Our wristbands are made of 100% silicone bracelets. The bracelets are just like popular Live Strong bracelets. At GetCustomWristbands.com we strive to have the best quality product on the market.

What is your minimum order at GetCustomWristbands.com?

100 is our minimum per size per message.

Can I receive a sample bracelet before ordering my silicone bands?

Yes. We can send you a sample bracelet out of what we currently have in stock. Since we direct ship from our factory you will not be able to choose the silicone style or color. If you are interested in receiving a sample bracelet for quality assurance, please include your full name, shipping address and a telephone number when you request a sample.

Do you offer a price matching guarantee?

Price matching should not be necessary since we try to provide you with the lowest price in the industry. If you do find a lower price please fill out the request price match form.

Can you "rush" the production of my bracelet order?

We can cut the production time in half if you have an event deadline that cannot be met with our normal turnaround times. Rush production is only available on debossed, embossed and blank wristbands. We do not offer rush on screen printed bands or purchase orders. Rushing a bracelet order will cost you an extra $100.00 on top of your bracelet price.

What are you normal turnaround times?

Our turnaround times are listed below. Please be advised that you have to add an additional 4 to 6 days for transit time.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We do accept purchase order from schools, non-profit organizations and select companies. Please submit your order online and indicate that you want to pay by purchase order. After you have placed an order make sure you have faxed us a sign copy of the PO along with your order number.

Can I mix bracelet sizes on my order?

You cannot order multiple sizes at the discount price. For example if you order 500 youth size bracelets and 500 adult size bracelets you will be paying the 500 bracelet price not 1000.

What bracelet sizes do you have to choose from?

Can I split my order into multiple colors?

Yes, you can split your order into multiple colors without an additional charge.

When is payment due for my order?

Payment is required before we submit the order into production unless you are using a purchase order.

What payment methods do you accept??

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept check by phone traditional paper checks and money orders.

How many characters can you have on a bracelet?

The total amount of characters should not exceed over 40 characters. If it is over 40 we will try to fit your message on the bracelet as best as possible.

Do you print anything inside the bracelet?

For-Tex.com does not print anything inside the bracelet unless you have chosen an inside message. We do not charge extra for this option.

What are the setup fees for the bracelets?

Unlike other companies out there, For-Tex.com does not charge a setup fee.
